I am originally from Cresco, Iowa. I graduated from Crestwood High School in 2008 and then from the University of Wyoming in 2013 with a BS in education. After college I moved back to Iowa and began teaching at MFL Mar Mac in the fall of 2013. I began teaching in 5th grade where I taught for 2 years before moving to 1st grade. I am also the head girls basketball coach her at MFL MarMac.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors doing things like hiking, fishing, and kayaking. I also enjoy getting outside and getting to spend time with my dog, Ryka.
